About Me

I'm Russ Jones.

I help to simplify the complicated aspects of ADHD, offer easy-to-adopt solutions, and provide the necessary accountability to ensure you follow through on those solutions. I'm an educator at heart, and an entertainer by nature. Wow, that sounds super professional...that's not how I talk....

I help people with ADHD get their shit together.  That's more "me".

I learned about my own ADHD, my co-morbid depression, and my other fun co-morbidities later in my life...after a series of life-changing events - not the good kind.

Having studied for years, working with numerous professionals, trying and failing many approaches while navigating my own life, I now know what actually works for me and I offer that, and other strategies, to you. I am trained as an integrative wellness coach, some of that training I incorporate into my work with ADHD adults. I am also educated on ADHD-specific coaching, and I I share that as well.

My greatest gift is that I believe in you, and I don't even know you. I help to connect you to your belief in yourself, and in providing education, support - in the form of unique tools and structures tailored specifically to you - and daily accountability, which is vital in the beginning. You can - and will - ultimately learn and experience how to hold yourself accountable.

I currently live inside the ADHD Big Brother Community. Join up and say hi!

What is the ADHD Big Brother Community? This is the most affordable way to get that daily, externalized accountability and be a part of a growing community of people all overcoming their ADHD hurdles.  Inside, I give and get support on a daily basis. I believe that community is one of the most important components of a well-managed ADHD life. See for yourself:
